Prevent Multiple Meeting Buckets for Files
What changed?: To avoid issues that arise when a single document is linked to multiple meeting buckets, we've implemented changes to prevent the creation of a new meeting bucket if one already exists for a file. Users can still create a new meeting instance by selecting an existing meeting and clicking Add meeting from the action menu dropdown.

Updated Actions Menu Label to Download Recording
What changed?: When a meeting recording is available for download, we've updated the actions menu to display Download Recording, ensuring consistency with the download button on the meeting details page.

Minimum & Maximum Sizes Added to Signature Annotations
What changed?: We’ve added minimum and maximum dimensions to signature annotations to ensure that annotations are not too small to hold a signature image or too big to fit on a page.
The drag and drop resizing will be limited by these dimensions.

Added Labels to IPEN Meetings Tabs
What was fixed?: We resolved an issue that was preventing labels from appearing in the signing tabs during IPEN meetings, which are used to guide and provide instructions to signers to the fields they need to complete.

Display KBA Attempt Exceeded Specific Error Message
What was fixed?: We’ve improved an error message in RON meetings to provide more specific information when a signer exceeds the allowed number of KBA attempts. The previous generic message has been updated to more detail to the signer.

Fixed Black Notary Card Issue on Meeting Details Page After Cancellation
What was fixed?: We fixed an issue that caused the Notary card on the Meetings Details page to display blank until the page was refreshed when a meeting was canceled.

Fixes for Annotation Editor on Safari
What was fixed?: We fixed a few bugs related to dragging and dropping annotations while using Safari, including an issue where users could not see annotations until they were dropped on the page.
