Hide Tasks Page in the Notary Signer Portal 

Impacted Users: Notaries

Area of the Product: Signer Portal 

Prior to Update: Notary selecting Tasks would direct them to the signer’s task list:

After Updates: The notary no longer has access to the signer's task list

Improved My Meetings Dropdown Functionality & Default Behavior

What changed?: The My Meetings dropdown filter on the Meetings page has been improved so that:

• By default the My Meetings will load any meetings created by the logged-in user or meetings where they are assigned as the notary upon page load

  • For users that are part of a notary pool organization, the My Meetings filter will also include any unassigned meetings in the default view

• Org Admins will now have the ability to filter the My Meetings dropdown to see meetings for other users in their org, including meetings where their org users created the meeting or are assigned as the notary

By default only My Meetings will be displayed on the Meetings Page:

Org Admins can utilize the dropdown to select meetings created or assigned to other users within their Org or for all users within their org:

Unassigned Notary Label Added to File’s Meeting Page

What changed?: We are now displaying an Unassigned badge for file-level meetings that are unassigned, as we are currently doing on the regular meetings page. This change was made to ensure consistency between the two meeting pages and to make it clear when a file meeting is unassigned.

IPEN Meeting Location Added to Meetings Details Page

What was fixed?: The IPEN meeting location is now being included in the Meetings Details page redesign initiative. The location will be displayed under the meeting date/time.

Error Displaying Verification Results in Some Meeting Instances

What was fixed?: We fixed an issue that was causing an error to display to meeting notaries when attempting to view the verification results for some meeting instances due to how we received the information back from our ID verification provider. This issue only occurred for very few meeting instances where timeouts occurred in the KBA process.

Area of the Product: RON/Signing Meetings 

Refreshing Meeting Details Page Caused ID/KBA Status to Show Incorrectly

What was fixed?: On the meetings details page, refreshing the browser would cause the “KBA Attempts” and “ID Attempts” counts to incorrectly show as 0. Now we will display the correct count regardless if the user refreshes the page or not.

Before Bug Fix → Performing Browser Refresh:

Fixed Disabled Detroit Time Zone in Meeting Create Flow

What was fixed?: We fixed an issue that was causing the Next button to be disabled when creating a meeting where Detroit is defaulted as the timezone.
