Files and Orders UX
What changed?: We’ve reorganized our Files and Orders page to put the most important information at the top and make it easier to navigate. You’ll now find supplemental loan information along the right sidebar. In addition, there’s a new tab for managing eSign packets and meetings. Orders and borrower information can still be found on the main details page.

"Personally Known" Acknowledgment Verbiage Enhancement
What changed?: As a compliance enhancement, we’ve added the following verbiage to the ‘Personally Known’ acknowledgment that the Notary receives, when selecting that they personally know a signer: Please be advised that you may need to gather identification information for your notary journal as that information may be required under your state law.
