Product Enhancements

Users Page Update for Notaries 

What changed?: The Users page now has filters to more easily see all notary users and approved notary users. Each notary user is also now more clearly labeled with their approval status.

New Audit Trail Event for Notary Seals 

What changed?: Notary seal placement events will now appear on document audit trails. The event contains the page number and x y coordinates of where the seal annotation was placed.

Bug Fixes

 Whoops - our bad! Here’s the latest list of bugs we’ve squashed.

Pre-fill Typed Name When Adopting a New Signature 

What was fixed?: We fixed a bug where the signature adoption modal was not automatically suggesting a signature based on a signer’s name.

Outside Signing Window Error 

What was fixed?: When a signer tried to access an eSign packet that had not been shared for preview outside of the signing window time we were mistakenly presenting an error that indicated the packet was completed. We are now displaying a more accurate error.

Auto-Scroll Meeting Signers to First Annotation 

What was fixed?: We fixed an issue where signer screens were not auto-scrolling to the same position as the notaries when first starting a signing.
