Notary Dropdown Update
What changed?:
The notary selection for meetings has been updated to only display notary users. It previously displayed all users. Only approved notary users are eligible to be selected as meeting hosts.

Design Enhancements to the ‘Check Updates’ Function for Signers
What changed?:
We have made design enhancements to the Check Updates button that is available for Signers during the verification process in a meeting. Previously, there were two buttons in the Signer verification modal to Check Updates and Cancel.
With this release, the Check Updates button has been replaced with a Refresh step button in the lower left corner under a new Having trouble? section. The Cancel button has been removed, as the functionality to cancel out of the verification process is supported through clicking the 'X' in the upper right corner modal.
Design enhancements do not impact functionality; resulting functionality upon selecting either button remains the same.

Design Enhancement to Live Meetings for Unverified Signer(s)
What changed?:
When signing documents in a live meeting, if there is an unverified signer then a red status badge will display by the number of required remaining annotations section. When expanded, a description of Cannot sign until verified will appear, underneath the unverified signer’s name.
