Display Meeting Status on Files Page
What changed?: Lenders now have visibility into the statuses of meetings associated with a file. Similar to the meetings page, they can also filter these meetings by their status: "Upcoming," "Complete," or "Canceled."

UX Improvements to Verification Review
What changed?: We made some small UX improvements to the signer verification process, including changes to verbiage and vocabulary. Additionally, we clarified statuses to better guide notaries through the actions they need to take during the live meeting experience

Signer ID Scan Process Enhancement
What changed?: After the signer opens the link to upload their ID, we have added an informational webpage informing them of a redirect to the ID upload section. If the Signer experiences any delay during this redirect, they can click a button on the page to advance to the next step manually.

Automatically Share Meeting Documents with Signing Windows for Preview
What was fixed?: When adding a document with a signing window from a file to a meeting, the document will automatically be shared with signers for preview. Meeting creators will no longer need to manually share these documents with signers if they want them to view the documents before the meeting.
