Order Acceptance UX Improvement

What changed?: We’ve added a pop-up to prompt users to navigate to the In Progress Orders tab after accepting an order to make it easier to find the orders they need to work on.

Document Selection Step Added to Create Meeting Flow

What changed?: When creating a meeting from a File, we’ve added a new add documents step that will allow you to select from any documents available in your File to add to a new meeting. This selection was previously on step one of the meeting creation flow where you select a meeting date and time and was often skipped. The updated step also includes each document’s status.

What changed?: Our document Audit Trails now contain additional information about when and how users logged in to Stavvy. We have events that detail when our authentication provider delivered one-time login codes via email, SMS, or voice call.

What changed?: The meeting host selection drop-down has been updated to include the title of each notary user. If you have members in your organization that are IPEN notaries this will make it easier to identify them when scheduling a meeting.

eSign Packet Email Enhancement

What changed?: The packet creator's name and contact information has been added to the eSign packet email that the signer receives, so the Signer knows who to contact if they have any questions/issues.

Whoops - our bad! Here’s the latest list of bugs we’ve squashed.

Notary Signing Service Users Able to Reassign Meeting Host

What was fixed?: We corrected a bug where Notary Signing Service notary users who were not admins were able to reassign a meeting host from themselves to another user. Only admin users can reassign hosts for Notary Signing Service meetings.
