Product Enhancements

Ability to Resize Annotations for Notary Users 

What changed?: We’ve made it easier to resize annotations prior to signing and given notary users the ability to resize their own signatures during a meeting. When annotating a document, you can now hover over the annotation and drag it to resize it to be larger or smaller. During a meeting notary users can also adjust the size of their own signatures before or after signing. Note that annotations can not be resized once a document has been finalized and notaries are not yet able to resize a signer’s signature.

"Upload Documents" Step in Meeting Creation 

What changed?: Previously, when creating a meeting, there was no step where users could upload documents directly to the meeting. Now, we have added the (optional) ability to upload documents in Step 3 when creating a RON or IPEN meeting.

"Add Previous Attendees" Shortcut in Meetings 

What changed?: When adding attendees to a subsequent meeting instance, a shortcut has been introduced to easily add the meeting attendee(s) from the previous meeting instance (if not previously added during meeting creation). This can be found in the new Add previous attendee section of the Meeting Information modal that appears after selecting +Add attendee on the Meetings page.

Bug Fixes

 Whoops - our bad! Here’s the latest list of bugs we’ve squashed.

Signing Window Notification Fixes 

What was fixed?: We fixed several bugs related to signing window notifications that were causing users to receive multiple notifications when the signing window expired and only some packet signers to receive an initial signing window notification.
