Settlement Order Action Confirmation Email
What changed?: Users who complete a Settlement Order action (accepting, rejecting, or completing the order) will receive an email confirming the action taken. This email is already sent to organization admins and file followers to maintain consistency and keep all relevant parties informed of updates impacting the settlement order.

Direct Meeting Links in Acknowledgement Flow
What changed?: To improve navigation within Connect, we've added direct links to meetings on all tables in the Acknowledgement flow screens. Users can now easily access meetings and corresponding documents from the Acknowledge, Final Review, Reject Handling, Complete, and Archived tabs. To access a meeting, just click the corresponding link in the table.

Whoops - our bad! Here’s the latest list of bugs we’ve squashed.
eSignature Creation Now Includes Middle Name by Default
What was fixed?: We've updated the eSignature creation process in the signer portal to automatically include middle names when applicable. However, signers still have the flexibility to choose how their name appears in the eSignature.

Consistent Messaging for Meeting Recording Requests
What was fixed?: We've updated the wording on the meeting details page and actions menu to ensure consistency when a user requests a recording. While the recording is being processed, users will now see a message in both locations prompting them to check back in a few hours to download it.

Improved Recording Access for Multi-Instance Meetings
What was fixed?: Users can now request meeting recordings for meetings with multiple instances. Previously, recordings were only available for the first meeting instance.

Cancelation Emails for Notary Signing Service Users
What was fixed?: When a meeting assigned to a Notary Signing Service is canceled, we will now send cancellation emails to both the Notary Signing Service organization admins and the signers. Previously, only signers received these notifications. This update ensures that both Notary Signing Service org users and signers are informed of cancellations.

Fixed File Upload Email Notification
What was fixed?: We have resolved an issue that prevented org admins and file followers from receiving email notifications when a new document was uploaded to a file. Now, users will properly receive these notifications.

Account Deactivation Email Notification Fixed
What was fixed?: We resolved an issue that prevented users from receiving an email notification upon account deactivation. Now, affected users will be properly notified when their account is no longer active.

Exemplar Document Signature Requirement Enforced
What was fixed?: For notaries in states that require an exemplar document during the commissioning process, we now enforce that the document is signed before marking this step as complete. This ensures compliance with state requirements.

Improved File-Document Meeting Visibility
What was fixed?: The option to add file-documents to a meeting will now only appear if a meeting is attached to the file. This update prevents confusion when a meeting has not yet been created.

Help Chat Bubble Now Available on Meeting Page
What was fixed?: The "Help" chat bubble will now appear on the meeting page, enabling users to connect with support if they have questions. Previously, the chat bubble was removed from the meeting details page.
