Updated Document Table - Release 95, February 25, 2025

We've revamped the Documents Table to make it faster and easier to find and manage the documents that matter most!

Here’s what’s new:

One Version, Less Clutter – Instead of multiple versions, the table now only displays the most updated version of each document. If a document has been signed, you'll see the Certified version automatically. You no longer have to worry about mixing up Finalized and Certified doc versions!

Enhanced Filtering – Easily control whether Audit Trails are visible, giving you a cleaner and more customizable view.

Quick Access Links – From a file you can jump directly to the meeting or eSign packet a document is attached to, making it easier to track documents that haven’t been added to a signing yet.

Refined Table Display – We’ve simplified the table for better readability, but you can still access detailed document data with a click on the info icon in each row.
