Documents Table Updates

Feature Overview: We've revamped the Documents Table to make it faster and easier to find and manage the documents that matter most! Here’s what’s new:

• One Version, Less Clutter – Instead of multiple versions, the table now only displays the most updated version of each document. If a document has been signed, you'll see the Certified version automatically.
• Enhanced Filtering – Easily control whether Audit Trails are visible, giving you a cleaner and more customizable view.
• Quick Access Links – From a file you can jump directly to the meeting or eSign packet a document is attached to, making it easier to track documents that haven’t been added to a signing yet.
• Refined Table Display – We’ve simplified the table for better readability, but you can still access detailed document data with a click on the info icon in each row.

Users Page Access Removed for Non-Admins

What changed?: The Users page has been updated to only display for Admin users. Users or Notaries without Admin permissions will not see the Users tab when they login to Stavvy.

🐛 Whoops - our bad! Here’s the latest list of bugs we’ve squashed.

Replaced Colons with Underscores in Document Names to Prevent Download Errors

What was fixed?: To resolve and prevent file extraction errors for documents sent through our integrations, we will replace colons with underscores in document names when downloaded from Connect.

• For example: "Fixed/Adjustable Rate Note.pdf" will be updated to "Fixed_Adjustable Rate Note.pdf" during the download process.

This change will only affect the document name during the download process and will not impact how the name appears in Connect and will ensure these documents can be downloaded from Connect without errors, either as part of a .zip file or individually.
