Product Enhancements

Signing Type Added to Create eSign and Meeting Flows from Files

What changed?: The signing type for documents is now available when selecting documents to add to a meeting or eSign packet. This makes it easier to select a subset of documents when creating a meeting or eSign packet from a file.

Additional Column for Quality Control Status in Documents Table

What changed?: We’ve added a column to the documents table to display the quality control status and document status. Document status represents a document’s signing state and the Quality control status represents a document’s quality control state.

In Title and Settlement orders, this column will display the pre-meeting quality control status when that setting is enabled.

In Foreclosure orders, this column will display the foreclosure quality control status.

 Deprecated Product Features

Disable Camera in Meeting

What changed?: We’ve removed the option for meeting participants and hosts to turn their camera feed off during Stavvy meetings. For compliance reasons, it’s important that recordings capture participants with their cameras on at all times. The disable video icon has been removed from the meetings screen tool bar.
