Product Enhancements

Document Certification Reminder in Meetings 

What changed?: Previously, if a notary completes and leaves a meeting without clicking the finish signing button to kick off the document certification process, it would leave the documents in an incomplete state. Now, if a notary tries to end a meeting with documents that are not yet certified, but have been signed, then we will prompt them to complete eligible documents before ending the meeting.

Lender Logos in Email Notifications 

What changed?: Historically, the emails sent to signers about their meeting contained branding/logos belonging to that of the Meeting owner (the organization that created the Meeting). With this change, the logo/branding on the Meeting emails will be that of the File owner instead (the organization that created the File).
