Notary Journal Updates
What changed?: Stavvy electronic notary journals now have new functionality, called notary notes. Notary notes is an open text field that can be used by the Notary to input any additional required information per their state notary journal requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, the signer’s address, ID expiration date, ID issue date or government agency that issued the ID.
Once text is input and saved, it will no longer be editable and serve as a permanent record.

Edit Acknowledgement Signers
What changed?:
It is now possible to edit acknowledgment meeting signer’s name and email. If a name or email was misspelled or needs to change to another user, navigate to the Participants section of the meeting details page then select “Edit” from the action menu.
Internal participants will have the option to be reassigned to other users within your organization.

Foreclosure Document Upload Email
What changed?: Foreclosure document upload email notifications now contain the order type in the subject line so that it’s easier to identify the order.

Bug Fixes
Whoops - our bad! Here’s the latest list of bugs we’ve squashed.
Delete All Annotations
What was fixed?: The delete all annotations button required a few clicks to remove all annotations from a document. It will now remove them all at once.

Impacted Users: Users preparing documents for signing
Deleted User Notifications
What was fixed?: Users removed from an organization were continuing to receive order email notifications. Now only active users will receive these notifications.

Custom Meeting Invite Messages
What was fixed?: There was an issue with custom messages on meeting invitations delivering consistently. Custom messages were removed from Stavvy while a fix was explored. The issue is now resolved and custom invite messages have been restored.
