In-Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN) Meetings
Summary: IPEN is a fully digital, paperless eClosing solution where all documents are accessed, signed, and notarized electronically. IPEN allows the signer and notary to meet in the same physical location and conduct an eClosing on a tablet or similar device. Stavvy’s IPEN feature provides the convenience, efficiency, and productivity of a fully digital workflow while preserving the personal touch of traditional closing.
Helpful Hints: To create an IPEN meeting, select the IPEN option from the 'Create meeting' screen. The IPEN meeting flow creation follows the same steps as creating a RON meeting, with the addition of a mandatory meeting location field.
Resources: For more information about Stavvy's IPEN feature, review the following resources or contact your Customer Success Manager.

Document Preview
Summary: It is now possible for a user to share documents for preview with a signer prior to their signing event. Users will have the ability to control who they share preview with and when. Signers, when they have finished previewing the document, can proceed into signing the documents (if it is eligible for signing at that time) as well as download the document for their records.
Preview is available from a meeting or eSign packet.
Helpful Hints: To share documents for preview, select the documents you would like to share from the documents table then click on the 'eye' icon at the top of the documents table. Next, confirm which signers the documents should be shared with. Signers will then receive an email notification letting them know documents are available for preview.
Try sending notarized documents for preview before your next RON meeting so that signers can review their documents before the signing.

Document Signing Windows
Summary: Stavvy has added support for signing windows. You can now control when signers can actually sign a document. By choosing to apply a signing window to a document, you can make documents eligible for signing within a specific period of time. Both notarized and non-notarized documents can have a signing window applied to them.
Signing windows are available from files, meetings, and eSign packets.
Helpful Hints: To use signing windows, first enable them in your organization settings and configure your preferred notification timeframe. Next select documents you want to apply a signing window to and then click on the 'clock' icon at the top of the documents table. Confirm the signing window timeframe and signers you would like to notify. Signers will receive an email notification letting them know they have documents available that have a signing window.
If a signing window expires, it can be edited and reopened.

Summary: Stavvy’s new meeting invitation provides all the information an attendee needs to prepare for a meeting.
Attendees will receive information about the date and time of the meeting, the subject of the meeting, instructions for accessing materials prior to the meeting, a list of technological requirements, and a way to test their audio and video prior to the meeting. Additionally, the attendee will receive a second email the day of their meeting with a link to join directly from the email.

Signer Portal Update
Summary: The signer portal is the gateway to meetings and packets for signers. From this page, they can take any action required of them to complete the transaction. Stavvy’s new signer portal makes it easy for signers to see what actions are required of them and when, how to contact their meeting host, how to preview and/or sign documents.
Helpful Hints: This update also includes a button for notaries and other users with Stavvy organization accounts to press to return to their main Stavvy Connect experience. As a logged in Stavvy user, click "Back to Account" to return to the main Stavvy meetings page.
