Title Company Search & Invite Public APIs
What changed?: Stavvy now has public APIs that Mortgage Lenders can use to check if the T&S company on the loan file exists in Stavvy, if it is connected to their Stavvy Organization. Invites can be sent to them in the case that they are not already in Stavvy.
Our public API documentation can be found here: Vendor | Stavvy - Public API Documentation
Area of the Product: Public API
Impacted Users: Lenders
Change to the My Meetings Filter
What changed?: The meetings page now displays meetings where the user is the meeting creator, host, or attendee. This will make it easier to find meetings that you care about. This will be especially helpful for users acting as a witness or participating in an Acknowledgement meeting.
Previously this filter only displayed meetings where the user is the host.
Area of the Product: Meetings
Impacted Users: Meeting Creators and Attendees
Bug Fixes
Whoops - our bad! Here’s the latest list of bugs we’ve squashed.
Editing eSign Packet Signers
What was fixed?: Signer names/emails were blocked from being edited if the signer had any annotations assigned to them on a document. This was also impacting the ability to edit or remove a signer during packet redraw.
We’ve fixed this and signer names or emails can be edited prior to documents being signed.
Area of the Product: eSign
Impacted Users: eSign Packet Creators
eSign Complete Email Link
What was fixed?: When an eSign packet is complete, the user who created the packet receives an email notification of it’s completion with a link to the completed packet. The link was directing users to a place in the signer portal they did not have access to. This has been corrected so packet creators can view and download completed packets
Area of the Product: eSign
Impacted Users: eSign Packet Creators
eSign Packet Signing Window Emails
What was fixed?: When an eSign packet is sent with a signing window set for a future date and the preview feature is enabled, the signer receives two emails simultaneously. The first email notifies the signer that documents have been sent to them for preview. The second email notifies the signer that documents have been sent to them for eSign but they cannot eSign them until the signing window opens. Both emails contain a link that the signer can click which allows them to preview the documents as well as the date and time of the signing window.
Previously, the second email did not indicate that the documents could not be eSigned until the signing window is open, and if clicked, the signer would receive a message that they do not have access to those documents.
Area of the Product: eSign
Impacted Users: eSign Packet Recipients
